First Trip To Kuala Lumpur Forest Eco Park

Discover Kuala Lumpur Forest Eco Park, one of the last remaining tropical rainforests in the heart of KL! This 9.3-hectare eco park is home to 223 tree species, 25 types of birds, and 12 animal species including silver leaf monkeys, long-tailed macaques, squirrels, and civet cats. In this video, I explore the iconic 200-meter Canopy Walk, a wooden-and-steel aerial bridge suspended 21 meters high, offering stunning views of KL Tower and the city skyline. I also hike the park’s nature trails (Merbau, Jelutong, Penarahan, and Arboretum), spot wildlife, and discover why this ancient rainforest (gazetted in 1906) is Kuala Lumpur’s green lung. Opening Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM daily (last ticket at 4:30 PM)[malaysia] Entry Fees (2026): • Malaysians (MyKad): RM10 adults, RM1 children (6–12), Free (under 6) • Foreigners: RM40 adults, RM5 children (6–12), Free (under 6) Perfect for nature lovers, hikers, travelers on a budget, and anyone exploring KL’s hidden natural gems right next to Menara KL Tower.
