Kuala Lumpur To Yogyakarta Travel Day 4K HDR

Join me for a full travel day as I move from my $24/night Airbnb in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to a budget-friendly hostel in Yogyakarta (Jogja), Indonesia. I’ve spent two months in Malaysia and absolutely loved the value and the ease of getting around, but now it’s time for a new adventure. In this video, I take the Kuala Lumpur monorail to KL Sentral, catch the train to the airport (KLIA Terminal 2), and fly into Yogyakarta. You’ll see the entire process, including how incredibly easy it is to exit Malaysia and the steps for getting through immigration in Indonesia. Once I arrive in Jogja, I head straight to the famous Malioboro Street to check into my $10/night hostel. It’s a bit of a step down from my luxury condo in KL, but I’m testing out whether prioritizing a cheap budget over comfort is a choice I'll regret.
