This Steak Was Dry Aged For A Month! So Good! 4K HDR

I returned to Time Beef Bar and Eatery in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, because the dry-aged steaks were finally ready after 30+ days of aging! In this video, I order a thick, 330g cut of 30-day dry-aged striploin cooked medium-rare, served up on a sizzling hot plate with fries, salad, and black pepper sauce. Is spending ~$35 on a luxury dry-aged steak in Indonesia truly worth the price tag? Watch to see the full cutting process, the taste test, and my final verdict! ⏱️ Video Timestamps: 0:00 – Returning to Time Beef Bar & Eatery 0:34 – Checking out the dry-aging locker & ordering 4:15 – Watching the custom 330g striploin cut 5:18 – The steak arrives (sizzling hot plate & sides) 6:01 – First bite & dry-aged flavor review 9:48 – Belated birthday treat & tender texture 12:26 – Trying the sides & chili sauce 15:01 – Total bill & final verdict: Is it worth it? 📍 Location Mentioned: Restaurant: Time Beef Bar and Eatery Location: Yogyakarta (Jogja), Indonesia 💬 What's your favorite cut of steak, and have you ever tried dry-aged beef?
